Whether I'm designing a learning experience, coaching someone through a career transition, or building the systems that help organizations develop their people — the work is always the same at its core: I find what's missing, build what's needed, and make hard things accessible for the people who need them most.
I spent 20 years in education — in classrooms, online, and everywhere in between — before teaching myself instructional design and spending nearly a decade building learning experiences for higher education, corporate clients, and Fortune 500 companies.
I've designed a curriculum that changed how institutions onboard learners. I've led faculty through high-stakes transitions. I've coached professionals through career reinventions they didn't think were possible.
I hold a PhD in Humanities with a concentration in moral philosophy — which sounds academic until you realize that understanding how people reason, make decisions, and change their minds is exactly what learning design and organizational development require. I'm completing an EdD in Leadership and Innovation at Purdue University Global, and I'm a Certified Life Coach through the Life Coach Training Institute.
What ties all of it together is a single instinct: I notice what other people overlook, name it clearly, and build something that actually shifts outcomes.
